I am working on a process that will allow users to login to a digital timesheet, where they can enter and check their hours / vacation days / sick days etc.

I am creating the initial login form, where they will enter their email and password from their Process Manager user accounts.

Is there any type of default login component that checks username/password agains Process manager user info?

    Thanks.

Hi, for timsheet information entered through a form, I would like to save it in a local SQL server database.  This is how I'm thinking it will work:

    1. I create the SQL server database and necessary tables.
    2. I create an integration process, then choose a SQL query generator.
    3. I use the generator to upate the information in the table with the timsheet info entered through the form.

Is this the way this should work?  Any tips on this type of project?

    Thanks!

    Hello all,

Historically I have usually injected drivers via Sysprep mini-setup. So, the image comes down, Sysprep fires back up and mini-setup runs and puts the drivers into place. I edit the DevicePath registry to point to the driver location on the local drive and Syprep parses that. Sometimes I get driver issues with blue screen errors (USB 3 drivers are notorious) and have now started to look at alternative driver injection methods. This is for Windows 7/8. Also utilizing a DS 7.5 environment with PXE.

I know some engineers inject drivers with various scripting mthods after the image is laid down and booted.

What do you guys use? What's best practice these days? I only have a few models of laptops/desktops to support.

    Hello All,

I am sure this is simple, but for the life of me I cannot find where the Manager relationship to a User is located in the SQL database (7.1)

Does someone have a simple join statement to relate a user to the manager in their User Profile?

    Hallo,

I read something like:  WIN32_EXIT_CODE is zero, then SCM did not attempt to start the service because the error was detected first.

i try to run also sfc /scannow it finish the scan but i didnt try to restart until i get any reply, and also it was mention try to run one of the services that is not microsoft from the SERVICES, so i try to run (Google Update Service (gupdatem) ) when i right click the service and click run, it give me this msg - ( Error 1053: The service did not respond to the strat or control request in timely fashion).

Can any one please help me to find a selution please.

    Thanks

  • 09/03/14--03:55: Altiris Agent Installation
  • Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

    Guys,

Need some help in installing Altiris Agent 7.5 directly from the Console. I have got a NS and couple of Site Servers Configured. I am pushing the Agent on couple of machines where Site Server is already configured from the NS console by selecting "Download the Package from the closest package server". Agent is getting installed without any issues. But it is downloading directly from the NS instead of site server which is causing WAN traffic.

I want to push the agents from the console but the package download should happen locally....

    Any Ideas.......

  • 09/03/14--04:29: Access to Reports
  • Oui, j'ai besoin d'une solution

    Hi All,

I want to provide access to  different users on different reports ..is it  possible ?

e.g. User X will have access on  Report  " Computers with Agent installed" and no access on any other report.

User  Y will have access on  Report  " Computers without Agent installed" and no access on any other report.

So is it possible  ? if yes how to achive it ?

    Regards
